The cost of cosiness

Rates are per room per night & include a Full English Breakfast.

Children under 12 years of age are charged at an additional cost of £15 per night (for use of extra bed) inclusive of breakfast.

For residents, we can offer a dinner bed & breakfast rate and includes a complimentary glass of wine or pint of beer.

For late availabity rates, please check our ONLINE BOOKINGS page regularly.

Our twin room can be made up as a double room, once booked, please call us and let us know if you would like this room to be made up as a double room.

Arrivals & Departures

Check in is at 2pm. Some rooms will be available earlier, so please phone if you require an earlier check in time.

Check out is at 11am daily. However, if you require a later check out please ask at reception or contact us.
